Navigator Academy is the signature training and mentorship program inside The Departure Club Experience, built to help independent travel advisors grow a polished brand, run a streamlined business, and deliver elevated, highly personalized travel planning. Through a structured onboarding path, advisors are guided from membership tier selection and setup through the core skills of a successful advisory practice—client discovery, itinerary design, supplier relationships, and professional standards. Members gain access to practical tools, templates, and resources designed to support consistent operations, protect client information, and reinforce ethical best practices.
